Rule 32
Suspension of member

(1) The Speaker may designate the name of any member who disobeys the seat of the Speaker or who deliberately obstructs the work of the Assembly or who engages in indecent behavior or who knowingly violates or disregards the Constitution or these rules.
(2) If a proposal is submitted by a member to suspend the member named in accordance with sub-rule (1), the proposal shall be presented by the Speaker to the meeting immediately for decision, and no amendment or adjournment proposal may be brought to discuss the proposal.
(3) If the resolution as per sub-rule (2) is passed, such member shall be deemed to have been suspended and the suspended member shall not be allowed to attend the assembly and committee meeting for a maximum of fifteen days thereafter.
(4) A member who has been suspended in accordance with sub-rule (3) shall leave the meeting room immediately.
(5) If the suspended member does not leave the meeting room in accordance with sub-rule (4), the speaker may order the order to remove him.
(6) In case any member is suspended in accordance with this rule or if such suspension is lifted, the secretary shall give notice thereof to the relevant committee and parliamentary party.
(7) In the event that a proposal that has been given prior notice by a suspended member in accordance with sub-rule (3) and rule 31 has to be presented in the meeting in a suspended state, the Speaker may authorize any other member to present the proposal.
